Before
Print the PDF, open the email, look up the address, write the text, attach and send.

What it does
Emails with your brand
HTML with logo and signature, PDF attached or download link, and a copy to the customer's salesperson. Designed for Outlook, Gmail and phones.
Organised collection
Payment reminders in three levels, each with the list of overdue documents.
Digital archive
Each document's PDF filed in the company's Nextcloud and linked to the ERP document, which then knows where every file is.
Resend when needed
Regenerates the PDF and resends, saying whether the document had already gone out. Useful for receipts, which are not saved again.
Artificial intelligence (optional)
Writes the texts, suggests collection priorities and reads customers' replies. The decision and the ERP operations remain yours.

Where the data lives
The extension runs inside your ERP and the archive stays in your company's Nextcloud. Nothing is deleted or overwritten: new content creates a new version, and every file has a SHA-256 so you can verify it was not altered.

Cegid PRIMAVERA ERP Evolution v10. The digital archive needs a company Nextcloud; the artificial intelligence features are optional.
